為了飛航安全，搭機時勿攜帶任何違禁物品，關閉艙門起至航機落地脫離跑道止，傳輸類電子用品須調整為飛航模式並關閉WIFI功能，特定航機將提供WIFI或手機簡訊漫遊等服務，無法調整為飛航模式的傳輸類電子用品請關機。

 

起飛及降落時，手機、平板等小型電子用品請持穩，收妥或置於前方椅袋內，筆記型電腦或一公斤以上的電子用品，請放在上方行李箱內或前方座位下，當航機於中華民國境外飛航時，請依當地規範及客艙組員指示配合使用電子用品。

 

起飛和降落時，請豎直椅背，收好桌子，使用安全帶時，將扣環扣好、繫緊，扣把向外一撥，即可鬆開。

 

氧氣罩在您上方，機艙失壓時會自動落下，拉下面罩（將面罩拉下來），罩住口、鼻，調整鬆緊帶，正常呼吸，如果有小孩隨行（帶小孩），請先行使用再照顧小孩（請使用以後再照顧小孩）。

 

本機艙共有十個緊急出口，使用方法及位置（所在）均有標示，陸上或水上緊急疏散（逃生）時，請務必脫掉高跟鞋及禁止攜帶任何行李。水上逃生時，請依空服人員指示穿上救生衣。

 

救生衣在您座位下或座椅旁，使用時由頭上套下，腰帶拉至前方扣好、拉緊，用力拉下即可充氣，無法自動充氣時，請吹前面管子。到緊急出口前，才將救生衣充氣。有關安全救生事項，請參考安全需知（說明）卡。

 

本班機為禁菸班機，為了安全，請勿在化妝室內吸菸，依法規定，不得毀損化妝室內的煙霧偵測器，請遵守繫緊安全帶和禁菸的燈號。謝謝。

Ladies and Gentlemen, according to CAA regulations, all transmitting devices must not be used during the flight. Please switch them off right now. Regarding to the usage of mobile phones and electronic devices, please refer to the “Safety Regulations” in the on-board magazine.

 

There are 12 exits in this aircraft, the escape path lighting is located along the aisles or on the side of your seats. The exit lights will be ON in an emergency to guide you to the emergency exit. Please follow the illuminated signs to the nearest exit. These exits are also clearly marked and should not be touched during in-flight.

 

Your seat is equipped with a seat belt. Based on CAA regulations, please fasten seat belt when seated to ensure your safety. To unfasten your seat belt, simply release the buckle.

 

This is a non-smoking flight. Smocking and using electronic cigarettes in the cabin and tampering with smoke detector in the lavatory is strictly prohibited by law.  

If there is a sudden change in cabin pressure, the oxygen mask will drop down automatically. Pull either the mask or the yellow tag down and place mask over your nose and mouth and breathe normally. Attend yourself first before helping children or others.

 

Life vests are located under your seat or armrest. The vest is reversible, place the life vest over your head, fasten the waist straps in the front and clip them together. When putting the vest on a child, just pull the straps under the leg, hook on the side-loops and tie the straps together behind the child’s back. 

 

Inflate your life vest only when leaving the emergency exits by pulling the two tags or by blowing into these two tubes. All life vests are equipped with a position light, to active, just pull out the “pull to light” tag during nighttime, if in water. Infant life vests are also available on this flight.

This is an announcement from Taiwan Department of Health, H1N1 Influenza is still spreading widely around the world. If you have flu symptoms such as fever, cough or sore throat, please see a doctor and take plenty of rest. Stop your social activities until you are fully recovered.

 

The Beijing agriculture and health authorities require the cabin to be sprayed with a non-toxic pesticide recommended by World Health Organization. This is to avoid the introduction of harmful inserts into the country. Please remain seated and remind the aisles clear during the process.

 

To comply with Australian Quarantine regulations, please make sure you have completed your Incoming passenger card. Please be informed, your baggage will be x-rayed upon arrival and any false declarations may result in fines or prosecution.

 

The Customs and Immigration authorities of Guam require your attention: If you don’t have a US visa, please fill out the Guam Visa Waiver form as well as the I-94 form.

A total of 21 items on the I-94 form must be filled in properly and clearly in block letters. Passengers without a US Visa may skip items 12 and 13.

The Guam Visa Waiver form has a total of 9 items. Please sign the form after filling out all questions, especially items 8 and 9. 

In addition, each individual or family is required to complete a Guam Customs and Agriculture Declaration form. All forms must be completed in English. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

 

According to the US Customs regulations, all passengers regardless of your final destination are required to complete the Customs form.

 

According to the latest US Customs regulations, U.S. citizens, Canadian citizens, Green Card holders, and returning ESTA VISA holders no longer need to fill out the Customs Declaration forms if using the Automated Passport Control KIOSKS.

All other passengers entering or transiting are requested to complete the Customs Declaration form.

 

Each individual or each family requires one declaration form. If you are carrying fruits, vegetables, meats, plants, seeds or other agricultural products, please declare these items.  All taxable items such as jewelry, ornaments and newly purchased articles must be listed.  Any passenger bringing into the United States over ten thousand US dollars or equivalent currency should fill out an additional form.  Please ask for this form at the Customs after completing Immigration procedures.

 

According to the Vietnam government regulations, No passenger is required to fill out any form upon arrival.  However, if you are carrying valuable articles or currencies of a total value over USD$5,000 or duty free items exceeding allowance, you shall fill out a Customs declaration form.  Please ask for this form from your flight attendants.

 

According to the Indian government regulations, all arriving passengers are required to fill out the disembarkation card, in particular the Customs section. The total value of all taxable items must be filled and the form is to be handed into a Customs officer upon arrival.Thank you for your cooperation.

 

According to the Seoul International Airport Animal Quarantine regulations, all arriving passengers are required to fill out a questionnaire. 

Our flight attendants will soon hand out the questionnaires. Please fill out and hand in the form to a Quarantine officer upon arrival.

 

According to the Thai immigration regulations, all arriving passengers are required to fill out the Immigration Arrival Card in detail, in particular address in Thailand, and hand in the form to the Immigration officer upon arrival.
